Western Civil Enforcement Agency Inc (WCEA) is a privately owned Alberta company that was incorporated by the Morin family and has been operating in the province since January 1, 1996. We are one of eight authorized civil enforcement agencies in Alberta and one of only a few serving all six service areas of the province. WCEA performs recovery services for many of Canada’s financial and automotive financing institutions. Each member of our recovery team is extensively trained, licensed and bonded to ensure we recover your assets in the most professional, ethical, and time efficient manner possible.
